Moodle on your iPhone

Given the recent news that Wodonga TAFE has chosen Moodle as its preferred Learner Management System (LMS), we thought it might be interesting for you to see a short video clip on some development work being done on a iPhone application that will allow you (and your students) to access Moodle directly via an iPhone.

What does this mean for teachers or students?

  • you have 24/7 access to learning resources on the LMS without having to log on to a computer (on or off campus)
  • you can access the LMS anywhere on campus via the WIOT WiFi network

We understand that not every student or teacher has an iPhone however this is another interesting development in technology and teaching practice that we thought may give you pause for thought.

Please leave a comment as we’re keen to hear your thoughts.
